Finding affordable, scientifically-driven on-the-bike nutrition remains an ongoing challenge for many athletes, recreational and competitive alike. After personally experiencing this challenge, Dr Pantalone researched and created SiSu Nutrition\u2019s inaugural product: Endurance Fuel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Giovanni is a Qualified Pharmacist and Homeopath with a Masters degree in Cycling Performance. He became interested in cycling nutrition following a 15 year performance plateau that was broken following adaptations to his nutrition on the bike. This motivated him to help fellow athletes out of their performance lows with scientific training and high quality nutrition.<\/p>\n

Giovanni has been working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry for many years. This industry knowledge provides access to unique high quality ingredients, processes and research and development capabilities that are critical for nutrition in the 21st century.<\/p>\n

Stacy-Leigh is a Registered Dietitian, with a Masters in Nutrition. She was brought into the cycling world through her husband, Wilco and although not a cyclist herself, has stood alongside him while learning the ins-and-outs of fueling adequately on the bike for quite a number of years.<\/p>\n

Stacy-Leigh enjoys merging her interests of nutrition and project management and brings these expertise to the SiSu Nutrition team.<\/p>\n

Wilco is a Software Developer with a Masters in Engineering. He has over 2 decades of cycling experience and currently chairs the Wine Lands Cycling Club Road committee, while also managing and riding for the affiliated Wine Lands Racing Team.<\/p>\n

He feels strongly about adequate fueling before, during and after riding, and has experienced first-hand the positive impact that maximising carbohydrate intake can have on performance.<\/p>\n
